Administrative Assistant

Alluvion is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to work with our small legal team located in Ponte Vedra, FL. Looking for an outgoing candidate who is looking to grow within an organization.

 

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience working in the legal field or administrative

E-filling experience

Excellent written and verbal skills

Knowledgeable of drafting pleadings from scratch

Works great independently as well as with a team

 

Job summary:

  • Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients
  • Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary
  • Draft documents and letters from existing acquisitions using proper licensing templates
  • Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
  • Correspond with counsel, court and clients
  • Assist with accounting and billing
  • Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
  • Create reports for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests
