Transportation Admin

Alluvion Staffing is currently hiring for a Transportation Administrative Assistant to perform clerical and administrative duties for a cargo and freight company in Jacksonville Fl.

Responsibilities

·         File, scan, fax, and retrieve documents, records, and reports

·         Handles invoicing, billing, and preparing payroll

·         Perform a variety of office and bookkeeping duties in accordance with established policies and procedures

·         Organize and maintain retention files for the required period of time

·         Other duties assigned by manager

 

Qualifications

***Must have transportation/logistics experience***

·         Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

·         Ability to prioritize and multitask

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Advanced computer skills (Specific Software Packages: QuickBooks, MS Word, MS Excel,
