Customer Service Reservation Agent

Alluvion is currently hiring for several Customer Service Reservation Agent for a fast-paced office in Ponte Vedra, FL.

 

Must be flexible with schedule, company is open Monday-Sunday. Different shifts available from 8:30a-8pm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive information via telephone, walk in or email and appropriately coordinate or personally respond to guest requests, questions and inquiries.
  • Ability to set task to follow up on client request/questions
  • Strong Self Starter who does not need to be micromanaged
  • Acts as a liaison between guests and management or other departments to resolve issues or if necessary escalates complex issues to managers to ensure guests receive consistently a high level of timely customer service.
  • Expedite issues for emergency remediation when necessary.
  • Ability to handle client calls, identify the issues and try to investigate before handing to management
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Sales Aspect:

Follow up with potential clients who are looking to book a vacation – respond via email or phone

·         Quick learner – someone who can take notes and revert back to those

·         Ability to pay close attention to detail for typing, filing and proofing.

·         Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

·         Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
