Customer Service Representative

Alluvion is currently hiring for a Customer Service Associate for a fast-paced office in Ponte Vedra, FL.

 

Pay $13hr

Must be able to work weekends and flexible schedule.

 

Responsibility:

·         Handling inbound and outbound calls answering client questions and concerns

·         Ability to handle disgruntle clients

·         Ensure clients have been contacts and payments received

·         Handle outbound calls to clients regarding past due payments

·         Review and investigate client contracts ensuring all information is accurate and concise

·         Ability to navigate through multiple databases as well as email

 

Key Attributes and Must Haves:

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to think on your feet

·         Ability to get task done

·         Quick learner – someone who can take notes and revert back to those

·         Ability to pay close attention to detail for typing, filing and proofing.

·        Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

·        Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
